A market with an industrial base, not just demand
Most EV shows sell into a market that has to import everything. Morocco already assembles vehicles at scale and has a component supplier network, which means there is a real industrial counterpart to talk to — and a national policy pushing battery and EV component investment.
The show is held under the aegis of the Moroccan authorities with AMDIE support, so the institutions that shape that policy are present.
